The foundation of this ancient system, discovered by the late Sri T. Krishnamacharya and perfected by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, involves a series of asanas practiced in sequence.
Though challenging, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga can be practiced by everyone; It is a highly effective way of learning postural yoga at a level that meets one’s current limits.
When practiced properly it improves flexibility and greatly enhances one’s sense of well-being and ease.
